The Woods of Southridge is a single family residence, with 110 homes, located east of interstate highway 95 in the "All America City" of Delray Beach, Florida.  

 

Our association was deeded in Palm Beach County in the year 1979 and helped mark the beginning of tremendous residential growth within the City of Delray Beach. Many homeowners have come and gone since then, but the charm of this community and its lasting history carries on.

 

One of the best reasons for living at the Woods of Southridge is its location.  We are located 1 mile west of the ocean, 3 miles from downtown Delray Beach, a short walking distance to plenty of food and shopping, and two major air ports (PBI is 15 miles north and FLL is 30 miles south) are just a short car ride away.  Also, we are located near many colleges and universities like Florida Atlantic University and Palm Beach Community College.
